The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board announced yesterday that the Interrupter Clause would be in effect and Nova Scotians saw the price of Gasoline and Diesel drop below $2 per litre.
As of Thursday, the price of gasoline is currently set at a minimum of 192.9 cents per litre in the Halifax region and a bit higher the farther you travel from the city. Diesel is currently priced at a minimum of 194.5 in the Halifax region.
As of midnight tonight, expect to see a drop of 9.5 cents per litre with gasoline and a drop of 13.1 cents per litre for diesel. Gas will be priced tomorrow at a minimum of 183.4 and diesel at a minimum of 181.4 cents per litre in Halifax.
Prices will be higher as always outside of the city.
