Amazon Canada has made returning products more convenient by partnering with Staples. This collaboration aims to simplify the return process, ensuring customers can easily return items that didn’t meet their expectations.
Staples now accepts eligible Amazon items at its 298 locations across Canada. To initiate a return, customers can visit the “Your Orders” page on Amazon.ca or use the mobile app. By selecting “Return or Replace Items” and following the prompts, a QR code is generated. Customers can then take the item to the full-service shipping area inside any Staples store, often without needing additional packaging or labels. Amazon will worry about that.
Amazon’s says the goal is to make online shopping easy and hassle-free, from purchase to potential returns. With the extensive network of Staples locations, they say customers can enjoy a convenient and efficient return experience.
As an added bonus, customers might get in-store coupons when returning items at Staples.
