You have the opportunity to support LakeCity Works, a non-profit organization in Dartmouth, NS which supports individuals living with mental illness. In return, they are giving you the opportunity to win one of their newly constructed urban cabins.

For 40 years LakeCity Works has supported clients as they pursue their goals to learn new skills, access education and find employment. Their programming includes manufacturing beautiful solid wood furniture, producing outdoor furniture from recycled plastic, property maintenance services, computer refurbishment and so much more.
This year’s fundraiser to generate support for their client programming is the urban cabin lottery. It is LakeCity Works goal to raise $250,000 to support the people who depend on them.

Their urban cabins are specially designed, insulated units, their clients help build. They allow you to make use of outdoor space to create an addition to your house.
The cabin is 8′ x 12′ with a front veranda, porch, and it even features a loft. You can outfit the cabin in so many ways that the possibilities are endless. The estimated value of the top prize is $22,000.
Tickets are sure to go fast. They are $25 each or you can get a deal when you buy five for $100. Tickets are on sale until all are sold or 11:59PM on March 15, 2022.
