Nova Scotia is reporting one new case of COVID-19 today in the Eastern Zone, a close contact of a previous case. There are currently 37 active COVID-19 cases in the province. Three are admitted to hospital with COVID-19 and two cases are in ICU.
Nova Scotia’s Premier, Iain Rankin and Nova Scotia’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Robert Strang, are expected to announce today during a briefing at 3PM that Phase Four of opening will begin this Wednesday.
