Police Are Seeking A Cellphone That Could Be Connected To The Murder Of Pat Stay

Investigators of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division of the Halifax Regional Police have asked for the public’s assistance in locating a cellphone.

Thirty-six-year-old Patrick Wayne Stay, was located in the 1600 block of Lower Water Street by Halifax police in the early morning of September 4th with stab wounds. He was transported to the hospital where he later died. The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service ruled the manner of death to be a homicide.

Police say they are looking to locate a cellphone that may have been found in the area of Prince and Lower Water streets after the homicide
