New Glasgow Regional Police say they have charged a male from Pictou County with an indecent act following an incident in New Glasgow, NS.
On January, 31, 2023, New Glasgow Regional Police say they received several reports of a male performing an indecent act in a business and posting it online.
New Glasgow Police arrested the man without incident.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with Committing an Indecent Act and two counts of Breech of Probation. He was remanded into custody and appeared in Pictou Provincial Court on February 1, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
The 35-year-old male was also charged with committing an indecent act and a Breech of Probation on January 23, 2023 at another local business.
Around this same time, Nova Scotia Buzz had been alerted to a man exposing himself in a local New Glasgow bank and it being posted on the popular Facebook group, Pictou County Rant and Rave.
