Lucy The Lobster Saw Her Shadow This Morning In Nova Scotia – Six More Weeks Of Winter

Today is Groundhog Day and the world will hear from famous groundhogs Phil, Sam and Wiarton Willy! While the world woke up to these furry predictions, Lucy The Lobster was fresh out of the ocean for Groundhog Day on the South Shore of Nova Scotia in the Municipality of Barrington.

There is sad news to announce, Lucy saw her shadow. Groundhog Day folklore states this means there will be six more weeks of winter.

A couple hours drive away in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia’s famous groundhog Shubenacadie Sam also predicted six more weeks of winter after seeing his shadow.
