When the clock strikes midnight tonight, you will have to dig deeper in your pockets to pay for gasoline and diesel in Nova Scotia.
Right now, gasoline is currently selling for a minimum of 165.2 cents per litre in the Halifax region and diesel is selling for a minimum of 226.6 cents per litre. Prices are higher outside of the Halifax area.
At midnight tonight or when you wake in the morning, expect gas prices raised to a minimum of 169.6 cents per litre, an increase of 4.4 cents per litre. The price of diesel will skyrocket to a minimum 238.1 cents per litre, an increase of 11.5 cents per litre.
As always prices will be higher outside of the city.
