Canadian Hurricane Centre Monitoring Newly Formed “Nicole” Which Could Impact Nova Scotia This Weekend

The Canadian Hurricane Centre says it’s monitoring newly formed subtropical storm Nicole which could impact Atlantic Canada later this week.

At this moment, residents of areas including Florida and the Bahamas are preparing for the storm where hurricane and tropical storm watches are in effect.

It is looking very possible that Atlantic Canada could see s significant amount of rain and gusty winds this weekend from what is left of Nicole.

At this moment it’s too early to determine rainfall amounts and who may be impacted the most. You are advised to monitor the forecast.
