Tim Horton’s locations across the country are choosing to close their dining rooms and move to a takeaway and drive-thru model only.
We’ve confirmed that multiple locations are closing their dining rooms. Notices in windows read, “Based on the recommendations of health officials to promote social distancing, seating is currently unavailable in our dining room. The decision was made with the health and well-being of our guests in mind during this unprecedented time. Our front counter remains fully open to serve takeout orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

This comes after Starbucks announced that it would be only offering take-away orders yesterday.
Tim Horton’s had previously announced that they wouldn’t be filling personal cups over the counter due to COVID-19 fears.
Roll Up The Rim cups were recently pulled from shelves due to COVID-19 fears. Passing a rim to an employee that had been in a mouth was deemed to be dangerous.
