The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board has invoked the interrupter clause. At midnight tonight, gasoline prices will be adjusted. This is due to significant shifts in the market prices of gasoline.
The price of diesel oil is NOT affected by this interruption
We are projecting a drop of 9 cents per litre and suggesting you wait until the morning to fill your tank.
Gasoline could possibly drop below 80 cents per litre in Halifax and be priced a bit higher in areas outside of the city such as Yarmouth, Amherst and Sydney.
