Potential COVID-19 Exposures In Pictou County and Two Flights

Residents and visitors to New Glasgow’s Atlantic Superstore and Canadian Tire locations are being made aware of two COVID-19 exposures in the town.

Anyone present at Atlantic Superstore, 394 Westville Road on December 6 between 12:30pm and 3:30pm should monitor for COVID-19 symptoms.

Anyone present at Canadian Tire at the Highland Square Mall between 12:30pm and 3:30pm on December 6 should monitor for COVID-19 symptoms.

Anyone exposed to the virus at these locations could develop symptoms up to and including December 20.

Anyone who was on the following flights into Halifax are asked to continue their isolation and closely monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19.

WestJet flight WS 670 on December 9 from Calgary (1:30pm) to Toronto (7:15pm) in rows 12-18 seats D, E and F.

WestJet flight WS 254 travelling from Toronto on December 9 (9:45pm) to Halifax (Dec. 10 12:48am) in rows 15-21 seats A, B, C.

Anyone exposed on the flights dates could develop symptoms up to and including December 23 and 24 respectively.
