New Glasgow, Nova Scotia Named One Of The Most Affordable Places To Live In Canada

A new list from Nesto, a Canadian mortgage company, is highlighting New Glasgow and its charming town centre as a top affordable place to live in Canada.

The company says it used rental market affordability and low cost of living to prepare its list.

According to Nesto, a single person living in New Glasgow will have average total expenses of $795 a month not including rent. Residents can expect to spend an average $800 per month for a 1-bedroom rental.
