A Nova Scotia business development company has a vision for a $300 million dollar project that would include a replica of the Titanic constructed at the Port of Halifax.
Clark Squires & Associates says the replica would have 150 first and second class cabins for guests to stay overnight and a banquet hall to replicate the one on the original Titanic. It is predicted that 500,000 people would visit the experience annually.

The release says the replica’s restaurant would serve the best food and wines from Nova Scotia and around the world. The facility would have virtual reality rooms and a fully immersive experience including an aquarium.
The list of experiences at the facility includes a 300-person hologram cinema which would be the first in the world to include a revolutionary 4D holographic stage. Content won’t only be about Titanic. Broadway plays and musicals, Las Vegas shows, operas, concerts, ballets and symphonies would be featured at the replica.
