There is a locally organized virtual vigil being held in Nova Scotia tonight.
It has been announced that Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau will be participating. He is due to deliver remarks via video to pay his respects and mourn the loss of the victims of the mass shooting in Nova Scotia.
Nova Scotia Remembers will air on Facebook and YouTube. The Facebook Page says, “In this time of unspeakable tragedy, our strength comes from our community.”
Major broadcasters have also announced they will carry the vigil. They include CBC in Atlantic Canada, CBC News Channel (national), CTV Atlantic, CTV2 (national) and CTV News Channel (national), Rogers Community TV, Eastlink Community TV.
