Update: Grand Mira South, Cape Breton – Wild Fire

There was a wildfire burning in Grand Mira South, Cape Breton this evening. Drone surveillance was being done at last update.

The fire was contained and estimated to be about 8 hectares or almost 20 acres.

Lands and Forestry have left the scene.
