Get ready for yet another hit on the pocket book. Motorists are advised that the price of gas will be increasing Monday night due to the Interrupter Clause being invoked.
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board has announced that effective tonight at midnight the price of gas will be adjusted.
The price of Regular Self-serve gas will climb 10.9 cents per litre at midnight and diesel will increase be 9.6 cents per litre.
The price of gas will soar to a minimum 186.2 cents per litre in the Halifax area and be even higher outside of the city. Diesel will be priced at 199.7 cents per litre and over $2 per litre outside of the city. This sets another an all time new price record for Nova Scotia.
