Gas Prices Heading North Of 1.40 Tonight – Here’s What To Expect

Expect to be paying more for gas when you wake up in the morning.

Nova Scotians in the Halifax area with Thanksgiving travel plans can expect to be paying a minimum price of 141.6 cents per litre for regular gasoline on Friday, an increase of 4.8 cents per litre.

Those who depend on diesel fuel to get around can expect to see the minimum price set to 139.0 cents per litre in Halifax.

Areas outside of Halifax like Yarmouth, Amherst, New Glasgow and Sydney will see slightly higher prices.
