Here are the details from Halifax Transit on which routes will be on weekday or Saturday schedules. Some routes will not run at all.
Effective Monday, March 23, 2020:
Halifax Transit is implementing a 30% service reduction on weekdays.
The following routes will continue to run on regular weekday schedules:
5, 11, 64, 32, 78, 79, 82, 83, 85, 86, 123, 135, 136, 137, 138, 159, 182, 183, 185, 186, 194, 196, 330, 370, 401, 415, 433
The following routes will be operating on their Saturday schedules on weekdays:
1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 21, 22, 25, 28, 29, 30, 39, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 65, 66, 68, 72, 84, 87, 88, 90, 91. 320.
The following routes will have no service:
41, 63, 93.
Weekend schedules remain unchanged on all routes.
All ferries will be running 30-minute service, with a maximum of 50 passengers per trip.
Access-a-Bus service will continue on its regular schedule, however Access-A-Bus passengers are asked to limit requests to essential trips only, including physician appointments, grocery needs, medical services and dialysis, and prescription retrieval.
Fare collection on bus and ferry services has been suspended until further notice as a result of the municipality’s collective commitment to safe social distancing.
