The world has been rapidly evolving due to the pandemic and people across Canada are reevaluating the expectations of their employers. Glassdoor is a website that allows employees and former employees to rank their employer on multiple factors.
The website has just released its list of The Best Places To Work in Canada for 2022. Unlike other workplace awards, these awards are based on employees who anonymously provided feedback by completing a company review.

Ratings are based on a 5-point scale: 1.0 = very dissatisfied, 3.0 = OK, and 5.0 = very satisfied.
