StatsCanada Has Named Which Provinces Use The Most Weed: Nova Scotia Won

Maybe it’s because The Trailer Park Boys are from Nova Scotia, maybe it is because of lockdowns or maybe it’s another reason. Statistics Canada just said Nova Scotia has the largest percentage of weed smokers in the country.

StatsCan asked Canadians 15 years old and up if they had smoked marijuana in the last three months. They have done this over the past few years and they recorded the data. Nova Scotia saw an uptake of 9% from 2019 to 2020 which made us the winners at 27% of the population for 2020.

4. Alberta, Manitoba & PEI – 22%
5. Newfoundland & Labrador – 20%
