Halifax Regional Police say they are investigating suspicious circumstances that occurred Monday, January 23 in Dartmouth.
According to Police at approximately 8:20 a.m. a youth was walking on Ellenvale Avenue when a man got out of a vehicle that was parked on the street and grabbed the youth by the shoulder. The youth got away and the man fled the area.
A trusted adult was told who contacted police.
Police are looking for a white man in his late 40s to 60s, with a long beard to his chest. He was wearing a black baseball hat and black clothing. The vehicle is described as a black four-door sedan.
