The May Long Weekend is considered the unofficial kickoff to summer for many. If you have plans to relax with family or open the cottage this weekend, you couldn’t ask for better weather.
There is a bit of everything for everyone. If you like heat, head inland on Sunday where temperatures will be warmest. Along the coast expect cooler temperatures where the wind will be coming off the ocean.
Thundershowers are a risk on Sunday night as cooler air moves in. Monday will cool down inland, but with a shift in the wind, the coast will warm a bit.
