Nathan MacKinnon Is Selling His Nova Scotia Lakefront Property And It Could Be Yours For $6 Million (PHOTOS)

The NHL’s highest paid player, Nova Scotia born Nathan MacKinnon, has listed his lakefront property on Grand Lake, Nova Scotia for a cool $5.95 million.

The property is the perfect purchase if you enjoy lake life and want Sidney Crosby to be your next-door neighbour.

As first reported by AllNovaScotia, MacKinnon’s home is exclusively listed by The David Dunn Group. It’s located at 40 Grand Lake Point in a private gated community, so you can’t just drive up and check it out.

His home is an open concept of 4,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths.

The fireplace is double-sided and the kitchen features built-in appliances. Downstairs you’ll find the bar and wine room.

What does the Colorado Avalanche player do during the off-season? Apparently, train, train and train some more. The home offers a world-class detached gym.

There is no word if MacKinnon is looking at other properties in the province, but as seen during his hometown Stanley Cup parade, there is much love for Nathan. Don’t expect him to lift up roots anytime soon.
