In a moving gesture, King Charles and Queen Camilla have sent their heartfelt sympathies to the families in Nova Scotia who have tragically lost loved ones in the recent floods that ravaged the province.
“I know that this has been an especially difficult time for Nova Scotians, coming as it does on the heels of the devastating wildfires that have blazed across the province and much of Canada over the past few weeks,” King Charles expressed in his message.
In his letter, King Charles lauded the spirit of the Nova Scotians, emphasizing their strength by closing his letter saying Nova Scotians will draw on their resolve and compassion for community in this trying time and emerge more resilient.
