Nova Scotia Buzz is projecting that regular gasoline prices will continue their downward trend. We anticipate the price to drop below 90 cents per litre to rest somewhere around 89 cents per litre in the Halifax area at midnight tonight. Prices will be a little higher outside of the city in areas like Yarmouth, Amherst and Sydney.
This comes after the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board enacted the interrupter clause earlier this week and dropped the minimum price in Halifax from 105.9 to 95.3 cents per litre.
Our suggestion would be to wait and fill your tank on Friday morning if you can.
