After an extensive search, RCMP found no evidence of shots fired. Police continued to patrol the area and the all clear was issued at 5:37pm.

This was actually construction equipment making noise.
Men with Gun at Dartmouth Crossing Canadian Tire
Two men were handling an airsoft gun in the parking lot and went into the store to purchase a Co2 cartridge.
Police with guns drawn in Bedford/Sackville area
One of the men from Canadian Tire left the scene. Police arrived in the area and began looking for him. RCMP stopped a car that matched the description on Dartmouth Road.
