A Nova Scotian Will Be On Jeopardy! This Week And We Are All Wishing Her Best Of Luck

Get ready to cheer extra hard during Jeopardy! this week. Mattea Roach, who’s home province is Nova Scotia will be appearing as a contestant on the American television quiz show.

Roach, 23 years old, is now based out of Toronto but calls Halifax her hometown. She will appear on Tuesday night’s episode and our province will be cheering for more with fingers-crossed on multiple appearances.

“I’m billed as “from Toronto” on the show but I’m super proud to be representing my home province as well.” said Roach on Twitter.

Roach has family in Marion Bridge, Cape Breton who are extra proud and already cheering her on. Church’s Valufoods which is run by her great aunt and uncle have placed her name on their sign.
