Atlantic Superstore Employees Getting Raise

Loblaws has announced that its employees will be getting a raise  They have made the decision to give in-store and distribution center employees a 15% raise retroactive to March 8, 2020.

This is in recognition for their hard work and deduction to keeping their stores running effectively.

Unlike many Canadian businesses, Loblaws is performing well and says they want to see a significant portion benefit those that are making it possible.

We spoke with one employee from Sydney, Nova Scotia who wished to remain anonymous, but she said she is happy to be working and doing her part to help people in this difficult time.
