There’s A Rib Festival Happening In Pictou County This Summer And It’s Going To Be Off The Wall

One way to celebrate the easing of COVID-19 restrictions is with a juicy rack of ribs straight off the BBQ! Pictou County Ribfest will be making a triumphant return after a hiatus due to pandemic restrictions.

The event is happening Friday, August 5th until Sunday, August 7th at Glasgow Square in New Glasgow. There is likely to be live music and entertainment, along with cold drinks and beer!

Pictou County Ribfest told us they’re looking forward to they community connection they have been missing over the last two years.

If you can’t make it to Pictou County that weekend, you can catch Halifax’s Ribfest at Alderney Landing on the Dartmouth side of the harbour during Canada Day weekend.
