Scotiabank Centre To Require Proof Of Full Vaccination Or A Negative COVID-19 Test To Attend Events

In a release today, Halifax’s Scotiabank Centre said that people who wish to attend events at Halifax’s largest arena will require proof of full vacation. Those who cannot provide proof of full vaccination will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of attending.

This policy goes into effect on October 1. If you are attending an event prior to October 1, including Halifax Mooseheads games, you will need to follow the current measures in place which include physical distancing, reduced capacity and other public health measures.

“As we return to hosing live events, Scotiabank Centre plays an important role in keeping our city safe and vibrant. We can’t wait to welcome our community back to experience the magic of live events while doing everything we can to keep our guests and employees safe.” said Carrie Cussons, president and CEO of Scotiabank Centre.
