Do you remember live sports? It was a thing we once took for granted. It’s making a return this long weekend. Here is the live lineup for Sunday and Monday.
NASCAR
Drivers will start their engines for the first time in two months. The Real Heroes 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Darlington Raceway in South Carolina is Sunday with coverage beginning at 4:00pm AST (TSN).
The stands will be empty for the first of many in this format. NASCAR has seven races scheduled from May 17 until May 27.
There was no qualification for Sunday’s race. Instead, a random draw was held and Brad Keselowski won the pole position.
Soccer
Germany’s Bundesliga soccer league kicks off with matches all weekend. Sunday’s matches start at 10:30am AST with Koln vs Main (Sportsnet). At 1:00pm AST it’s Union Berlin vs Bayern Munich (Sportsnet).
Monday will see Bremen vs Leverkusen (Sportsnet) at 3:30pm AST,
These games are being played in empty stadiums.
Golf
Three of the world’s top golfers will tee off at The Taylormade Driving Relief Sunday at 3:00pm AST (TSN).
Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson will team up against Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff. McIlroy and Johnson are playing for the American Nurses Foundation, while Fowler and Wolff compete for the CDC Foundation.
